SURVEY MANAGER – NEWCASTLE (HUNTER REGION)

Scott Evans has been with de Witt Consulting since 2024 and is a Senior Graduate Surveyor and Candidate Surveyor with the Board of Surveying and Spatial Information (BOSSI). A Bachelor of Surveying (Honours) graduate from the University of Newcastle, Scott brings strong technical capability and practical field experience to projects across the Hunter Region, with extensive cadastral and geospatial experience including major infrastructure and road projects delivered in collaboration with Transport for NSW and local councils.

Scott’s project experience spans acquisitions, road duplication and rehabilitation works, POSI and DPoSIO surveys, as well as detailed terrain modelling and control surveys. With hands-on expertise across complex transport corridors and local government projects throughout Newcastle and Port Stephens, Scott is known for his precision, reliability and proactive approach, ensuring projects are delivered safely, accurately and on schedule.
