Environmental Impact Assessment Professionals in Newcastle, Sydney & Western NSW

The staff at de Witt Consulting have extensive experience in managing multi-disciplinary Environmental Impact Assessments including Environmental Impact Statements in Newcastle and Sydney.

The first stage of our environmental impact assessments is to provide an understanding of key constraints and risks on the site and to provide an understanding of opportunities and constraints. Early understanding of environmental conditions of a site allows future development to minimise environmental impact and approval requirements.

As environmental planners and scientists, we are able to outline relevant legislation, appropriate approval pathways and agencies that need to be consulted with. The team of specialists at de Witt Consulting has extensive experience in dealing with issues relating to bushfire, contaminated land, flooding and sea level rise, flora and fauna, heritage, noise and traffic.

Our approach is to manage the assessment from concept to completion with specialist input from others as needed. We manage the assessment and approval process through various government agencies to seek a preferred outcome.
