A Review of Environmental Factors (REF) is being prepared to document likely impacts of the proposal on the environment and to address environmental management requirements.
The proposal is located in the Sydney greater metropolitan area in the Liverpool Local Government Area along the Georges River including Lighthorse Park. An important objective for Council was that the project restored physical connections between the CBD and the southern side of the Georges River.
There have been ongoing plans for future connection of the revitalised CBD with its naturally beautiful Georges River.
