dWC’s surveying team are proud to have been involved with delivering the registration of Sylvia Waters, a State significant 100-lot residential subdivision in Nords Wharf.
Our surveyors undertook various works including detail surveys of the site and surrounding roads, boundary marking, preparation of locality sketch plans, deposited plans and finally registered the subdivision with NSW Land Registry Services in February 2023.
The subdivision of the 100 lots was completed in one stage which from a surveying perspective required additional project sequence planning and resources at peak periods; which de Witt were able to deliver and supply.
