Marina has over 12 years’ experience as a statutory and strategic planner in a variety of industries including property development (residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use), mining, resources, renewable energy, education, seniors housing, infrastructure, and transport. Marina has a practical and comprehensive understanding of legislative planning frameworks having experience working in New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Victoria and internationally.

In addition to her planning capabilities, Marina is the lead in Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments and GIS / spatial data analysis; and undertakes project management and community and stakeholder engagement. Marina has extensive experience in a full range of planning approvals and environmental assessments, as well as undertaking dealings with local councils, Government agencies and public authorities. In addition to this, Marina skilfully navigates planning legislation and instruments to assist clients with determining the most appropriate approval pathway for a project based on the project and client’s needs and expectations.
