de Witt Consulting were engaged to undertake development management associated with the redevelopment of the 24 ha site transformed from a site utilised for agricultural purposes to enable residential development. The de Witt Team were the lead consultants and successfully managed and prepared the rezoning of the site, the subsequent development application for the 263 Lot subdivision and assisted with the process of the site. The team project managed all sub consultants as well as prepared in house specialist advice.
