The apartment stands apart as a unique architectural landmark located on Newcastle’s vibrant harbour foreshore. Consisting of 154 apartments and ten two-storey townhouses across the three tower development, these impressive residential apartments transforms the former industrial hub to a vibrant liveable foreshore precinct.
de Witt Consulting’s surveying services extended from the initial control and in ground works, through to the suspended slab and structural setouts. This included intricate building setout due to the integrated and curved architectural building facades. de Witt Consulting also provided surveying services and solutions in the way of details surveys, monitoring surveys, civil and landscaping setout and as built reporting for engineering fabrication on behalf of BLOC.
