de Witt Consulting were engaged as the Hunter Water accredited design consultants for this 30 lot subdivision at Warners Bay.
Working closely with our client, the contractor and Hunter Water we were responsible for the design and documentation of sewer and water reticulation. In accordance with Hunter Waters new requirements for design consultants, we were also responsible for construction surveillance, QA and WHS monitoring and inspections, design and construction issues as well as final sign off and approval.
