de Witt Consulting were the lead consultant on a proposal that required the master planning of a residential development site in Dora Creek. The master plan facilitates 270 new dwellings, environmental areas for rehabilitation, passive and active recreation areas as well as roads and infrastructure. de Witt Consulting continued on with the project through DA phase and now lead in construction works.
