de Witt Consulting became involved with this project to advise and assist with the review of development options for the site. This assistance then extended to project feasibility and then onto the management of the approval process. Ultimately the ownership group obtained development approval for a residential subdivision with the intent to divest of the development approved site. de Witt was then involved with liaison between the ownership group and ultimately potential purchasers of the site.
