Sylvia Waters is a 100-lot residential subdivision by Nords Wharf Development Company that began its civil construction works in mid-2022 and was registered by de Witt Consulting’s Registered Surveyors in February 2023.

The project was approved by the Independent Planning Commission as a project of State significance.

The subdivision of the 100 lots was completed in one stage which from a surveying perspective required additional expert project sequence planning and resources at peak periods; which de Witt were able to deliver and supply.

Our surveying and drafting services ranged from detail surveys, slope analyses and boundary marking of the associated land and roads that was used by engineers and infrastructure designers, to locality sketch plans for reporting the position of Permanent Survey Marks, to the Deposited Plans and Section 88B Instrument that was used to register the subdivision with NSW Land Registry Services.
