Environmental Impact Consultants in Newcastle, Hunter Region, Central Coast, Sydney & Western NSW
Our planners have extensive experience in managing multi-disciplinary environmental impact assessment teams and preparing environmental assessments for designated development, State significant projects, and activities carried out by or on behalf of public authorities.
The first stage of our environmental impact assessment is to provide an understanding of constraints and opportunities, identify the relevant planning approval pathway and key planning controls that will have a bearing on your development. We will also guide early consultation with approval authorities and agencies.
The team of specialists at de Witt Consulting has extensive experience in dealing with issues relating to bushfire, contaminated land, flooding, flora and fauna, heritage, noise and traffic.
Our planning team hold the Registered Environmental Assessment Practitioner (REAP) accreditation required to sign off Environmental Impact Statements for State significant development (SSD) or State significant infrastructure projects.
Our approach is to manage the assessment from concept to completion with specialist input from others as needed. We manage the assessment and approval process through various government agencies to seek a preferred outcome.
