de Witt Consulting can manage the authority approvals in the design stage to minimise unnecessary cost and ensure that the project can be set for timely delivery. At pre-construction phase we will manage the tender process only requesting proven contractors to tender. Similarly, we would ensure engagement only proceeded under an appropriate form of contract. Using experienced construction managers, we provide up to date costing, risk management, contract management and program management services to ensure the earliest project delivery date. The de Witt Consulting team will also ensure the relevant conditions of the approval are met before applying for Subdivision Certificate.
