de Witt Consulting were engaged as the Hunter Water accredited design consultants for two; 2 lot subdivisions at Belmont North. The project involved the subdivision of two properties on either side of the road, where both their requirements needed a water main extension and sewer upgrades.
In order to save costs for the client, we were able to combine the works into one Hunter Water project, saving on design and management costs for the client.
