de Witt Consulting were engaged to provide project management services for this 11 Lot residential subdivision including 10 standard residential lots and 1 large rehabilitated lifestyle lot. de Witt Consulting’s involvement included upfront project management of specialist consultants such as bushfire, flora, fauna and engineering associated with the Development Approval process followed by management of the detailed design process and inter agency approvals through to construction and delivery of this staged residential development. This project included liaising with relevant authorities, gaining approval and delivering positive outcomes for the Client.
Management of the construction process involved preparing documents for tender, engaging the successful tenderer and management of that contractor through to delivery. Our Client in this instance was remote from the site and trusted de Witt Consulting to deliver the finished project.
